Mr. Cates founded the firm in 1997 and has owned and managed the firm to the present.

Mr. Cates graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor�s degree in Communication with a focus on persuasion. He then attended Arizona State University College of Law where he distinguished himself in oral argument competition and as a participating member of the Trial Advocacy Team.
