I paid $201.65 for a pair of Serengeti Assisi Sedona sunglasses on May 24, that's 21 days ago. After unanswered 'phone calls and only one answer to my three emails saying that they required additional address information (though not what it was) and all my info is there because I can see it on my account! I asked that I receive a refund or confirmation of shipping by 7 pm MST yesterday. This did not happen. This is a huge amount of money for me. I was hoping to look at the world through rose tinted spectacles before heading into hospital for months of cancer treatment. Sadly now not to be. Appalling service, thanks Ted.
