I found a picture of my daughter on the web, that was done by John. Paid for the photo on 17 May 2012 and here we are 7 weeks later without the photo. Not sure why it takes so long, especially since he apologized via email and promised me that he would send it to me on 13 June. Weeks later, still no photo or response. Beware if you are thinking of purchasing a photo from this photorapher
