I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2002 and have experienced the healing effects of Reiki in the lives others and in my own life. Reiki is excellent for promoting health and balance in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on therapy where a Reiki Practitioner administers pure universal life energy to a Recipient. Reiki brings balance to the body, allowing it to bring itself back to a natural healthy state. When a body's energy flow has been disrupted, weakened, or blocked, it can experience emotional and/or physical health problems or imbalances. These imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, and from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way. Reiki works to gently heal the underlying causes of these imbalances in the physical, mental, emotional, and psychic bodies, allowing health and well being to return naturally.
