The colonoscopy procedure was costly, invasive, traumatic, time consuming and, bottom line, ineffective. I was assessed but given no opportunity to assess in return. It was as if nobody really cared what I thought. This type of one-way assessment is designed to blame the customer, which, in my view, is a really-bad policy. I was told that I had a poor prep and was made to feel like I was to blame!

Their office, their prep, their procedure. How is this my fault if they could not do their procedu
