This is an actual email response from this company. This is in response to a simple query regarding what tour and transportation options are available in Wales: "Whose Wales tour are you wasting your money on? I do the best Wales tours so if you aren't traveling with my help, get the help of your tour operator. I cannot begin to comprehend the reason for this email or what you are thinking. Kathy" This is the rudest response to a legitimate inquiry of company services. Unbelievable.
