I know my inlaws are very happy with they're safe and the store employees where very helpful and when they delivered it my mom inlaw couldn't quite get the combination to open it. The two fellas Dan and Jeffrey were able to teach her the process of opening it. My wife and I are saving up to purchase one from them as well and I can hardly wait because Roger my Pops said that he sleeps better having it.
Knowells Lock and Safe company are the best.
