I called the spa to ask some broad info about what the procedure actually was. The lady said I was supposed to go in and see them to ask them questions. I told her all I wanted was an idea on how it worked and what it was. I would then buy it and go in to get my first session done... NOTHING. She said I needed to go in for any info needed. Nothing on the phone. What a shame. I got no time to go in before the deal ends....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
