Telephone messages left for the nurse not being returned. E-mails sent to avoid problems and issues were not read on a daily basis so important medical information for the doctors and nurses was not delivered as requested. Once brought to the attention of the office manager, doctors and nurses I was told TPCA would no longer be willing to handle my medical care because I was unhappy with the service I was getting-so much for being open and honest with your doctors?!
