I called the office today to get information on the flu shot for my son. The receptionist named Rebecca was VERY pleasant, professional, and quite helpful and informative! She gave me the addresses and the phone number(s) of the facilities that are providing flu shots close to my home. I was very satisfied and happy with her service. Keep up the good work!

My GOD! I simply needed a date for the next Breastfeeding Class! The woman on the line who answered at 8:15am was soooooo rude! Kept demanding a client ID, once she had it, she was still very nasty. IO simply needed a a date! Please find someone more Customer Service Oriented..

typically this facility is great, but today i called and asked a simple question and the woman on the other end was so rude and demeaning that i felt as big as an ant! I don't know her name because when she answered the phone she sounded hung over and said, " Help you". Not, " Can I help you", just," Help you". Wow this was terrible service and I refuse to be treated that way. There is no sense in being rude and nasty to people, no matter what day your having. Step it up!!!!
