Samuri Professional were suppose to clean out my carpet. I left and came back to find that all they did was vacumm the carpet. The guy threw water on the carpet to make it look like he acutally clean it, but the carpet was still dirty and unstirved as I have left it. He acutally put three stains on my carpet and said it was a burn that was already there. I have to hire another company to come out and clean up his mess. The company that I hired, cleaned the carpet with no problem.
