Katherine is unprofessional and extremely unreliable. We answered the same questions over and over again as Katherine had difficulty remembering past conversations. Obviously notes were not taken. Promises were made that were not kept. The worst part is that she blamed her personal problems on her lack of concentration. Fortunately ours was an extremely small wedding that we could manage on our own. I can't even imagine how a large wedding could possibly be arranged by Katherine. Wasted $
