This car service never showed to pick me and my husband up to take us to Boston's Logan airport despite the fact that we had confirmed the reservation several weeks in advance - and reconfirmed two days in advance! As a result, my husband and I missed our flight and now have to pay an additional $2,200.00 to reach our destination.
