Extremely disappointed in Abacus customer satisfaction policies. We have purchased items for many years and unfortunately had one item malfunction. The store manager and owner refused to acknowledge that there might even be a problem with the item. This was a case of the customer is always at fault. They could take lessons from retailers like LL Bean! We will never do business with Abacus again.
