I used Stadium Hotel Network and will never use them again. The customer service stinks. Not sure if the customer service is based out of a foreign country but both times I called trying to get my problem resolved (correct the name on my reservation) I had someone who did not speak clear English and did not understand our language enough to know that "change the name on the reservation" does not mean "add the name I am about to give you to the already incorrect one on the reservation".
