I bought a commode and shower bench for my terminally ill dad from this site. While they arrived in a week, by that time he had declined to the point he couldn't use them. The company refused to accept return of these unopened items. The agent, while saying "I don't make the rules", refused to connect me to someone else to discuss their policy. The website did say no returns, though I assumed this meant for open items. Such a policy doesn't seem to be industry standard. Poor customer service.
