First of all, I am not impressed with the services they provide or lack thereof. I came in with my list of concerns and was told I needed to see someone else but they could not refer anyone. Now, I'm dealing with paying cancellation fees when I was specifically told I could reschedule. The woman had the audacity to tell me I misunderstood when there are children running the front counter. I especially heard a lot of unprofessionalism from the lobby while waiting that I should not have heard.
