Both manager and rep at our apt LIED about required NYC electrical code, claimed we needed a seperate line for a kitchen appliance (895$) and LIED again saying we needed to replace our entire fuss box as well ($1200). They knowingly OVERBID the work and prices required to fix our issues. After talking to other electricians in Brklyn, I hear they're known to be the biggest scam artists in Brklyn. Pls SAVE yourself from the experience I had, go to Breen Electric instead.
