The worst customer service EVER!

I tried to get a job done by these mokes, but they failed to get their act together over and over again. They promised to send samples, but never showed. They came an entire day late for one appointment. "We were busy on another job," was the excuse. No phone call, no apology. They promised to call "right back" but didn't, and wouldn't pick up the phone when I called, even though we had an installation scheduled for the next day.

This company is HORRIBLE!
