Mariellen Auer is hard to work with. She gave me a date and continously came up with excuses on why she isn't finished. I was working on a dead line and gave her ample time and she knew what the dead line was. It was excuse after excuse and this seems to be a pattern. I would never use her again. She was snappy on the phone with me on 2 occassions. Remember who the customer is. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THE AUER AGENCY! Poor work wasn't what I had asked didn't have time to get it right!
