Would not recommend. This company is very shady about everything. If you are considering this company first pay very close attention to the lease. Read it word for word you will notice they try to strip you of your rights as a tenant. I had issues with roaches, mice, mellow, raccoons, squirrels, heating, and ac. All I got was a few mice baits, roach bait (installed three times), and a couple of repairs. I'll give them some credit they do put forth some effort but obviously not enough.
