I just got screwed with losing my deposit of 575 dollars plus 823 more dollars in "repairs" and they make it impossible to fight because they want dated photos of each thing like a normal person does that. I put in new grass in the backyard which had no grass and spent nearly 200 bucks a month on a water bill to keep up the yard and still got charged $280 for dead grass in this 110 degree temperature. I can go on and on but its your choice, just dont expect your deposit back.
