First off the 500 word limit is not nearly enough for me to provoke my frustration about this company. So the basics is, it's time out after time out, constantly dealing with tech support, if your working at home and or a student and are dependent on the internet you will be highly frustrated, be prepared to be lied to by the tech support team until they finally realize that the reason your internet is messing up is on their side and be ready for high prices for a sorry internet provider.
