AMATEUR.
This inspector has NO knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or potential safety issues. Hire this guy if you want to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs after you move in because he said nothing was wrong with your house. You would be better off doing the inspection yourself. The Realtor's contract doesn't even use the inspector's "official" report anyways.
