Was put on hold for 20 minutes when I was bleeding at 6 weeks, then was told by an aggressive, rude doctor that I was being a nuisance and overly worrisome. I miscarried that day after the office closed so I called the following morning; was told someone would call me back. No one did so an hour before closing I called again, and there was no record of my initial call. Talked to 3 people before the doctor, and had to retell everything each time. Not enough space to explain the rest.
