Premier Rug Spa is excellent. The owners are nice, courteous, and professional, They explained their process in detail, came when they promised, moved furniture off the rugs, took five rugs, upholstered furniture and some other small pieces. When everything came back, they looked great for a reasonable price. I've had these rugs (mostly Chinese) for 20 odd years and was afraid they'd be destroyed by cleaning other than vacuuming. Now I trust Premier.
